Dr Gawusu has played a key role in authoring influential reports like the BRICS Youth Energy Outlook 2020 and the GEO-6 for Youth Africa Report, which have informed energy policies and environmental strategies worldwide.
With a proven track record of applying AI-driven models and advanced data science methodologies, Dr. Gawusu’s research focuses on sustainable energy systems. He has made significant contributions in areas such as energy poverty, predictive modeling, and decentralized energy systems, striving to deliver evidence-based, sustainable solutions. Dr. Gawusu holds a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Thermophysics from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, a Master of Philosophy in Computational Nuclear Sciences and Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics).
